41 weeks and counting!
Had a profile today. they check the babys heart rate and movements, fluid levels and a few other things.
Everything was great. Baby is doing good but is just apparently very comfy !
according to the measurements the baby is looking around 9 pounds but that could be wrong. I just hope it doesnt hit 11 pounds and then i will be happy!
We then went and saw Gillespie. His intern did a internal exam and said i was barely dilated and she wouldnt of been able to break my water.
so 745 tomorrow morning i meet Gillespie in labor and delivery and he inserts something and it is suposed to soften my cervix so that my water would be able to be broke.
He says inserting this usually doesnt put people in labor but will soften things up , so tomorrow night if nothing has happened we return to labor and delivery at 8 pm and get checked out again and monitored for a while.
And then wenesday morning we would go back and have my water broken!
its so strange , since both boys came on their own before the due date.
I guess maybe my body is confused and thinks the baby isnt ready because its not massive and pushing to get out.
Well that is all for now. Tomorrow should be interesting!
