IKEA!!!

Wenesday we hit up ikea to grab a few things for the kitchen and kids rooms !
Oh yea , almost forgot , we saw Arisa Cox , the host of BB Canada at ikea . And Jodie said she actually lives in summerside which is where they live .
She is alot shorter in person which threw me off at first . But then I clued into who it was .

Got our shop on !

Tues we set sail , with West Edmonton mall as the destination . Spent a good portion of the day there .

Road trip

Saturday morning we got up , and went walking for a bit . Then the 10 of us packing into the vehicle and hit the road , heading towards Tim Hortons first :) then Hanna Alberta . We went for lunch at my aunts with my cousins and their kids . It was a good visit . Then hit up Drumheller on the way back to check out the dinasours and Hoodoo's ( eerie rock formations form by wind and water erosion ) kinda cool .
Long drive , long day , good day !

Yesterday was a relaxed day . Hung around , had a Mexican burrito yum and then Jodie's sister , husband and kids came over for a BBQ . I found a pretty tasty vegan sausage . Made put of potatoes , apples , sage . I was pleasantly surprised . Then we hit up marvel slab . And then tried to watch a movie to no avail . Too tired ..... Another great day

Sunny Saturday

We had a great day yesterday ! It was a sunny Saturday !
The children arose earlier than I would of liked but V wasn't herself from the traveling . So we made the best of the early morning and had a bath and then set off for a walk to Tim hortons with mom and dad . It's a fair walk but enjoyable . After everyone was awake at the house we went to white ave , hit up the farmers market . That is when we hooked up with Elise who had driven down fr Calgary !
Then we spent a few hours at the little beach and park up the road !
Then home to eat and relax drinking tea and chatting !
Awesome first day !

And were off !!!

Took flight yesterday with lenon , Victoria and my mom . Off to see my brother and his family in Edmonton !
Flights were ok ..... The flight fr T.O to Edmonton had a few shaky spots . So much so the that the passengers in unison. Gasp and said "WHOA"
But other than that it was a great travel day !
Lenny reunited with Grampy !

Photo shoots are so draining !

Yesterday morning V and I went to Monique's for a photo shoot :) I dressed her up in a pretty outfit and click click went the camera ! It didnt last long and Miss V was done !
I guess photo shoots are draining cuz she just wanted to have a nap ! So we packed her up and off to sleep she went !
Can't wait to see the pics !

Big Nelson

I am sitting here this morning watching Nelson thinking Wow he is growing so fast . Look how grown up he looks !

Mini visit

Saturday afternoon uncle Marc and aunt Mel stopped by to visit the boys for a few hrs . Since the house is torn apart we opted for meeting at the park . We had a great visit . Short but SWEET !

Mother's Day !

Sat morning my mom and V and I went yard sale ing and then to Cora's for breakfast ! Then Sunday I woke up to awesome pictures and cards made by the boys !
Weston bought me 2 nice rings and Nelson bought me a pink princess key lanyard . They have their own that they put their work keys on so he thought I should have one too .
Weston at school had planted a sunflower seed for me and made a paper bouquet of flowers !!! What a great day !
Victoria had her dedication on Mother's Day also . So she wore her pretty white dedication dress ( thnx Jess ) and she did great !
