The week before Christmas, Fun!

 This a mix of Christmas fun all wrapped up into one!

 (and finally new curtains, only took 6 months to find and they aren't  the exact color I wanted but much better than nothing and a descent price so....)

 Sheep that pushed each other and stole each others ear, and best of all Weston for the last 5 min decided to pick his nose none stop!

After a while i was like dude whats the deal! he doesn't even pick his nose like that at home. guess he saved it all up for the show!

 Second Christmas movie night this week!. Nelson wasn't going to miss out so he woke up and joined the fun!

 Weston while i was relaxing decided that he was going to cut my toe nails with his clip. I had just cut his nails earlier so i guess he was going to repay the favor! but that clip was sharp not as relaxing as a pedicure. but cute!

 And then he showed up with a cue tip and was ready to poke at my ears. Lets just say I helped him not pop my ear drums!

 Today while it was just me and Nelson hanging out he decided to be silly and pretend to be the snowman. I look over and he's laying beside the snowman laughing!

 Ive been eyeing these chocolates at superstore for a month! not buying them because they were 30$.yikes. Huge four layer box. Pat came home with it today! yummo but oh no sorry butt you are going to expand!!!!!!!

 In prep for Christmas eve's supper I prep the side dishes the day before so I only have to get the turkey and stuffing going and my day isn't completely hectic. So today Nelson and I made the potatoe casserole , sweet potatoe carrot dish and the squash! they look and smell so good! Iam soooooooo excited ! I love Christmas Dinner. This year we are letting the boys open their stocking Christmas eve! big deal since we have never opened gifts before Christmas morning. Ive decided that this way it spreads the excitement out for a few day instead of it being just a massive mess of gift opening for the kids . they will appreciate their gifts more when its not all piled together in the same day!  but i guess i just thought that stocking are usually filed and layed out when u wake up Christmas morning. so how will that work? maybe while we are having supper i can sneak and put them out so they see them when they are done eating! They are going to be so excited!

Stocking where and still are my favorite part . I prefer them to any other gifts! Iam a sucker for quantity not  quality hahaha.

 The night before Christmas Eve we finally have snow!. No rain actual snow! PERFECT end to a great Christmasy day! one more sleep and then a fun day and then one more and then another awesome day! couldn't ask for a better week than we have Had.



Smart Boy

Weston-"Mommy I have 60 (sexy) dollars!"
Me-"oh wow Hun that's alot of money"
Weston -"Mommy I pay you a new dress"
Me-You want to buy me a new dress
Weston-Yup i go Costco today and get one for you.
Weston-a few min later " Mommy what size you want to be 7 , 30, or 9
Me- Um i would like to be a size 7
Weston-OK i go to superstore and find you one with my 60 dollars!
Weston-If hemi eats that one mommy i will have more money tomorrow and will buy you a new one.

I look over and he's pretending to sleep , i think he is making it tomorrow so he can buy me another one!

Iam already training him in the ways of knowing what to say and what women want. Moms with boys its our jobs to teach them how to be good husbands!

Weston- I go to the bank tomorrow and get more money. and he handed me some and said mommy you put that in the bank.
 Me- that's a great idea , its good to save your money. Spend a little, save some and give some back to God.
Weston- mommy do we have to pay to see God?
Me- nope we don't have to pay to see God
Weston- OK I didn't think so!

 While waiting for the messiah Christmas party to start Weston and I got to work on our 1st Christmas craft!

cookies for Fireman Sam or maybe not!

Well last week we made a plan with our friends Trina and baby Gage to make cookies and bring them to the fireman in riverview just behind Trina's house.So Wednesday morning Weston and I got to work making cookies for Fireman Sam ( he calls all fireman Sam because of the cartoon he watches)

 I set out all the ingredients so it wouldn't take us forever!

 Weston got right to work!

 Ta Da! finished product!

So Thursday morning off we went to the firehouse. We weren't 5 feet in the door and Weston spotted the pole and fireman!

 And he freaked out!.He started shaking and saying Mommy I don't want to see fireman Sam. I want to go home now! I didn't know why he was doing that but he kept freaking out and trying to walk out the door back to the truck. Then I realized what freaked him out.

I talked him down a bit, but not enough to go look at the trucks and see foreman Sam.

So I stayed back and tried to talk to him down.

So we took a few steps toward the area that had the trucks but he wasn't having it!

Then I heard someone telling us that their is a window that we can see the trucks from!So we went into the viewing room.It had couches and a windows that looked into the truck bays! There was a very nice fireman in there that talked to Weston and hung out with him until he calmed down. 

 We sat and looked thru the door at the trucks until the fireman talked Weston into going to see the trucks!So we opened that door and off we went exploring the trucks! Finally

 We had to check out the mini firetruck! they use it in parades!

The boys drove the ruck and loved it!

There were at least 5 big trucks That Weston wasn't to interested in. He kept putting his hands over his ears when we were near them. The firemen kept reassuring him that the trucks were asleep and wouldn't wake up so they wouldn't make any noise!

But after a few minutes with the trucks Weston kept saying he wanted to go back and play on the couches! hahahah . dude we have couches at home!!!!

Nelson on the other hand loved the fireman visit!

15.75 Weeks

 15.75 weeks

Had my 15.75 weeks doc's appointment today at 1:30pm

walked in at the office was full!

i usually have my appointments in the morning and usually in and out fairly quickly.

Mom had the boys at the hospital and was finishing up lunch when i went upstairs.

We left the hospital at 3:05 pm.

Oh My!

But thank God the boys were in a good mood and listened well to Grammy!

Iam excited to report that I only gained 2 pounds! woohooo.

I know weigh in at a whopping 157.5!

Iam very please with my lack of gaining!

Hopefully we can stay on this track til the end!

Ultra sound is Jan 4th.

Get to see the little baby, so cool!

Our new addition!

 

                     Pat and I are very excited to announce the finishing of our new precious GARAGE!

We have patiently waited for 2 whole years, silently longing for a building as beautiful and perfect as this one.

We feel extremely blessed to be able share this experience with you! Thank you every one for your support we really appreciate it!

HAHAHAHA

 We feel so complete now! what a great feeling!

We just need to get rid of the ugly black railings on the front of the house , and replace them with the white  ones and it will look half descent!

 Still waiting for the electrician to wire it up and get our doors working and lights put up!

Mom's Birthday

Well we had a birthday supper for mom. We got happy wok spring rolls and chicken noodle chow mien from Costco. It was a healthier version of Chinese food!

It was tasty!

 Weston helping Grammy open her presents. And of course by helping I mean he opened them and hardly let her touch them!

I had lite the candles and Weston was beside me and I said to him OK meaning lets start to sing to Grammy. but he started to blow the candles out. hahaha guess he was pretty eager. So i re lite them and tried again!

Figured i would give Weston a  big piece and let him have at er. Haha he had a few bites of the white cake part and left all the icing and caramel ! that's my boy. No need to feel sick from eating it!

 Of course Grammy polished hers off! hahahah it was really good!

 Part of her birthday night was helping decorate the tree for her and the house!

When the boys started getting restless we pulled out Weston's favorite thing to have at Grammy and Grampy's

Funny comment of the Day

After doing a little digging around . Weston looks at me exactly like in the picture and says

" Mommy I found a rope in my BUM"

Oh the laugh we got out of that one!

Vacation nov 2010

Nov 13-21 was our fall family vacation. We hit the road Saturday morning and grabbed out coffee and breakfast in Petti and after a stop in Sussex to say goodbye to Arnell we were offically on vacation! We made our way to just outside Bangor and pulled over and had a picnic lunch sitting in the back of the truck . The weather was great and we were just beside the water.

 We had packed egg sandwiches and fantastic chips and carrots of course. The boys chomped and chomped and chomped until they were full! YUM YUM

We then made our way to Freeport and stayed a night and shopped in the morning!

 Did  a little playing at the LL Bean store!

Then off we went to our Resort which took forever.....

Our unit had 2 bedrooms . Weston's room had 3 beds and a flat screen TV with DVD player !

PERFECT

The master bedroom had a flat screen in the room and also one up above the Jacuzzi huge tub.

We had family baths in there almost every night and got to watch TV!

It was most enjoyable!

I caught up on cake boss. which I haven't seen since we chopped off the cable at home!

 The kitchen was great but didn't have a window and i disliked the lighting!

But it was often filled with my cute boys playing or cleaning the dishes.

Nelson while on vacation turned into a climbing Monkey. It started on chairs like in the above picture and progressed to us turning our backs for a minute and finding him up on the kitchen table!

 There was a little kids table and chairs that the boys loved. And with all the TVs Weston and I got in some good snuggle time watching our shows.

I think this was our most relaxing vacation Ive had. Possibly because I slept and watched TV for 2 days straight near the end of the week because I wasn't feeling good. Must of been a bug!

or it could of been all of this chocolate we ate! we scored this candy cane bark at Costco. double layered and big for 9.99$

Can you say CHEAP!

unfortunately we ate the whole thing! took us a week but we polished it off!

So after eating our faces off we finally decided to get some exercise and go to the pool/splash park

 Mommy was tired so Weston volunteered to carry me and the little baby in my belly!

The pool was a big surprise.

It was amazing!

Very loud but pretty cool.

Had the splash park and 2 hot tubs and a pool

Nelson whined the entire time!

The splash park was extremely loud and it freaked him out.

Thought we would try to bring him in but it didn't seem to really make it any better so I sat with him as far away from the noise as possible!

We cuddled and relaxed while the boys played and splashed!

Yikes!

We took a day trip to Ikea in Montreal which was only 2 hrs away.

I was on a mission to spend 500$ for "project under the tree " which is a

a Christmas charity that fills boxes with gifts for adults!

I decided that ikea would be a great place to shop for things to fill the boxes!

I spent 3 hrs and filled 2 carts to the top with stuff !

I was exhausted , but had a great day.

Pat had the boys and ate food with them and played with them!

 Weston wanted to show me his favorite bed so he had a quick nap! hahah

 Nelson watched Weston and played at the table!

 We had a amazing fun filled vacation! Many adventures and laughs were had!

Saturday morning we packed the truck back up and hit the road !

We were on our way home with a stop and nights stay in Bangor!

We had to make many bathroom stops but this one was funny!

Weston had to poop. So we pulled over and I spotted this sign! My mom will get it and will laugh.

I as a child had see a sign somewhere and it said " no DUMPING" and according to my parents I had said " "who would want to dump there anyway"

obviously meaning POOP

So we saw this sign and i had to get a picture of him pooping in front of the sign.

As we were laughing and thinking we were hilarious we realized the joke was on us. Because while the boys were out dumping I was going to change Nelson and realized that he not only pooped he EXPLODED all over himself.

So we had quiet the bathroom break on that one!

We made it to Bangor at a good time and while Pat and nelson napped and relaxed Weston and I shopped until it was BBQ chicken nachos time !

Delicious!

Then I wrapped the night up with some solo shopping when I scored some cheap cool maternity clothes!

GREAT FAMILY FALL VACATION!
