Things are coming together

Well the kitchen is also 95% finished . I still have some finishing touches to add etc .
But it was clean this weekend so I took advantage of that and snapped a few pics.
At first I wanted to get stainless steel appliances but kept thinking that I wasn't going to like all the black on the stove and dishwasher so I held off .
( it was either those or a new couch and the couch won)
Anyway I kept the white and didnt actually mind it especially when I add white stools and the lamp . Seems to pull it all together . Well for now hahaha
We will keep our eyes peeled for a super deal on kijiji !

75$ for a rolling bin of Lego . It had thousands of pieces .
That was a great deal !
We got it and washed it with water and javex in the tub then laid it out to dry they spent hours sorting it ......

3's Company !

TA DA !!!!! This is the official unveiling of the Boys new bedroom ! It is 95% finished . I am sitting on Lenons bed writing this while I wait for him to fall asleep !
It has taken a bit to adjust to the new bed . A few weeks ago I had tried to transition him but he would stay awake for a few hrs rolling around , playing .
So it's 2 wks later and I am giving it another shot .
So for the first few nights I will sit on his bed so he doesn't fool around and play , keeping his brothers up .
So they all officially share a room now !
It's not a big room but then again you don't need much room to sleep :)
Weston gets the top bunk because he's the oldest . He has his own space ( sort of ) he has a board to post his art work on his own light for reading and his own shelf with drawers to stash his treasure in !
I ve had many people comment of the size of our family and the size of our house .
So I rind them that years ago people used to have double and triple the amount of kids in houses smaller than ours and they all lived to tell about it !
So we will be just fine !
Especially V , since she gets to have her own room LOL .
FYI my dad built the bed for us . I searched out what we wanted , drew up the plans for it and he made it happen .
It's amazing ! Perfect for us !

Family FUN day at Fundy

Last Thursday we decided to take a drive out to Fundy . So we grabbed sticky buns and some lunch . Found a picnic table and chowed down . Then the boys hit the beach while V and I chilled in the shade and waited for them .
Those are great memory making days !

Taking a dip !

We are so thankful for the pool at the camp . It's a great place to invite friends and family . To laugh , play and cool down . Lenon likes to float around and relax .
Except one time we couldn't believe how relaxed he was especially when things under the water just looked uncomfortable . Lol that pics for u Arnell !
And the last pic lenon wanted me to take and send to aunt Mel !
He's so cute , he often randomly with ask for aunt Mel and sometimes Marc . So he obviously misses them :) too cute

Got my build on !

So I've spent the last few weeks repainting our living room , dinning room and hallway and ceilings . And after filling holes and dents in the walls I decided to figure out a way to display things without putting a ton of holes in the walls .
So I went on Ana white's site and took her plan for picture ledges and adapted them to fit our needs .
So dad and I got to work and built 8 different sized ledges for different spots thru out the house .
This week I am painting them and then next week I will get them on the walls . Once it's all back together I will post before and after pics . Oh yea and when the kitchen is clean I will post pics of the new kitchen too
