Well this morning I packed up the boys , loaded the stroller in the truck and took off for the park.Get this, I was meeting my dad to go walking! hahahahahah this is comical because well its my dad we are talking about. Mister work to much , and never exercise. It has been nine months since his open heart surgery! he had a growth removed and a double by-pass! Seemed pretty serious at the time , but to look at him now you would never know. He has been eating better working alot less and apparently now has inquired a liking for exercise. He walks every day sometimes twice and yesterday after our walk he was heading to the YMCA to get a yearly memebership! he said they set you up on a exercise plan and that he can use the pool too! hahahha. For the people in my family, iam sure you can relate to my hahaha's because it is just strange. AWSOME but strange. We walked from one end of the park and circled back around and came back. It was a hour long walk and it was tiring but very refreshing
and was this before or after the boot shopping. haha
