Ducks don't eat Pizza ????

Arnell and I took the boys to the dieppe rotary park last Friday. We had pizza for lunch and saved our crust to feed the ducks .
We learnt that sucks don't eat pizza ! It was weird . We ripped the pizza into little pieces and threw them to the ducks . They would go to it pick it up and then spit it back out .
Arnell said they don't like the sauce LOL .

Family day

2 Sundays ago we went to uncle Lee's house for lunch . The boys played with their new ball mitts and sported their new blue jay shirts from Lee.
They had drives on the 3 wheeler and went for canoe rides . Nelson actually got in the canoe !!!!!! That's a big deal ! He climbed out 30 seconds later but the fact he got it was HUGE !
Nelson is such a big guy now !

Progression

The kitchen is coming together . The cabinets were delivered last Thursday . So Friday they were able to get a few of them in and we had a working sink for the weekend !!!!

It's coming along !

The workers started working on the kitchen on tues morning .
Bulk heads were removed and walls fixed and primed for mud to even them out . Then the in floor heating was laid and then self leveller poured over top and yesterday the tile was laid . I think our cupboards are delivered today or Monday .
Over the weekend I will paint he ceiling and walls and will be ready for the cupboards .
It's going to be nice to be able to use the kitchen again .
Myself and the kids have moved into my moms for the week . The house is so dusty and with the kitchen out of commission it's pretty hard to have the kids there .
Just a few more days ....

We have been enjoying the nice weather . Wenesday night we had supper out on the deck at moms , and the kids have been playing outside . Yesterday when they came in fr being all wound up and Nelson tells me Weston peed on the deck !!! Omg are you serious ? I was ticked . So out he went with vinegar and water and scrubbed it off .
And look at the picture of Lenon having a bath in the sink . He's too cute :)

Under the weather

After the baby shower we took the boys home and put them to bed . At around 10 I heard Lenon crying and fussing . I thought maybe he had pooped so I went to check on him.
Well he had not pooped but he puked !!!
And from then until 1:30 am he threw up every half hr.
supper daddy sat with him until lenon finally fell asleep on the bathroom floor .
It's now Friday and although lenon stopped throwing up Monday mid day he's been under the weather since . Cranky , not eating much and well , just not his cheery self .
I woke up yesterday with a aching body and nauseous ... But thank God I haven't thrown up .
Still on the couch this morning . Hopefully I will feel better before long ....

Celebrating baby V

Last Sunday evening , we went to a baby shower hosted by a great friend of mine , Melanie !
We had a laid back enjoyable time . We chatted , the kids played and miss V got gifts .
Pretty good time , I'd say .

Alisha made a awesome cake . It had baby feet on them . Baby feet are my favorite . I love smelling baby feet . Pat thinks its weird but I don't care . Kid feet are awesome . So I took the feet home with me :)

The wait is over !!!!!

Check out the newest addition to my family !!! My shoe family I mean .
I've been on the hunt for leather all black chucks ! And I finally have them . I decided to go ahead and order them online . And now they make me smile when I slip into them .....
They are awesome and no one I know has them which makes them 10 times more awesome !
